SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer multiple shipping methods including DHL, 2-3 day UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day Shipping, & Overnight Shipping.
Please note, if we are experiencing delays orders can take up to five business days to be processed before being shipped, even if 2 Day Air is selected.
All of our orders are shipped from our US warehouses in California and New Jersey.
For International Orders outside of the US: Delivery and Duties are paid at checkout.
Pre-orders
Please note, if you order a pre-order item it is because it has sold out and the next batch is in production. If you select 2 day shipping on a pre-order item, it only affects how soon it will be shipped after it comes back in stock. Pre-order dates are accurate 99% of the time, but they are estimates.
Store credit & exchange policy
Orders cannot be cancelled and sizes cannot be changed within a 1 hour window of placing your order. Please note all orders cancelled will be for a store credit only.
HEIRESS BEVERLY HILLS does not offer returns. For orders in the US, we offer store credit and exchanges within a 14 day period of your purchase. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a store credit or an exchange.
A $12 shipping fee will be charged on exchanges and store credits. We do not refund the shipping costs.
Once you are issued a return label, you must send back the item within 5 business days of receiving the return label, or the request will not be granted.
To be eligible for a store credit or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your store credit/exchange, we require an order number and proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial store credits/exchanges are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDITS PERMITTED.
If an item Is purchased at full price and then goes on sale shortly thereafter, we are not responsible for any refunds or to issue a credit.
Please note, if you live outside of the United States, you will be responsible for import fees and tax to return.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, it must be done within 14 days of your purchase.
Please use the return portal. Please note: items take up to 10 business days to be processed at our warehouse once they are returned.

We will be granting you a store credit, which you can then use to place your exchange order.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU SEND AN ITEM BACK WITHOUT THE SECURITY RIBBON INTACT (AND NOT TAMPERED WITH) OR THE HEIRESS TAG ATTACHED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ORDER AND CHARGED FOR SHIPPING TO SEND IT BACK TO YOU.
We will issue you a return label but deduct $12 USD as a shipping fee.
