REFUND POLICY
Store credit & exchange policy
HEIRESS BEVERLY HILLS does not offer returns. We offer store credit and exchanges within a 14 day period of your purchase. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a store credit or an exchange.
A $15 restocking fee will be charged on exchanges and store credits. We do not refund the shipping costs.
Once you are issued a return label, you must send back the item within 4 business days of receiving the return label, or the request will not be granted.
To be eligible for a store credit or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your store credit/exchange, we require an order number and proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial store credits/exchanges are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDITS PERMITTED.
If an item Is purchased at full price and then goes on sale shortly thereafter, we are not responsible for any refunds or to issue a credit.
Please note, if you live outside of the United States, you will be responsible for import fees and tax.

If you need to exchange an item, it must be done within 14 days of your purchase.

We will issue you a return label but deduct $15 USD as a shipping and restocking fee.
